About the role
We're seeking a Chief of Staff Intern to work alongside our founders. They will manage priorities, liaise between departments, keep projects on track, and be a voice for our executives. A successful candidate will be versatile in communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Activities include:

Track/manage activities and drive prioritization

Innovate ways of working to deliver scale & efficiency

Thoughtfully funnel information to and from the founders

Partner with founders to understand and communicate critical insights

Act as a liaison between executives and all other departments/levels

Aid in and ultimately ensure the timely completion of creative projects
Candidate Requirements:

Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program, or enrolled full-time in a graduate program (M.S., M.E., MBA, Ph. D., or M.D.), pursuing a degree majoring in a scientific, business, technology, engineering, or law related field

Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1-B status) now or in the future

Extremely detail-oriented and organized while working with a fast-paced team

Candidates need to be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point, and have strong oral and written communication skills

Able to work individually, as well as, part of a group, with curiosity and flexibility

Possess a “can do” approach, and courage to speak your voice and suggest innovative ideas

Interested in working in a small startup environment

Familiarity with ECGs, medical workflows, and software product development is beneficial

Unilateral leadership skills
